The thesis

A robot's serial number describes what left the factory. It does not preserve what that robot becomes across ownership, software, maintenance, incidents, and retirement.
We're building the missing layer: one permanent identity, an evidence-backed record that evolves, and a resolver that keeps working after retirement.
