About

The identity and accountability layer for embodied AI.

Physical entities are becoming software-defined, AI-enabled, mobile, and shared across organizations. IDWorthy ensures one question always has an answer: which entity is this, what has it become, and who is responsible for it?

The thesis

Start with robots. Prove persistence. Extend to the physical world.

A robot's serial number describes what left the factory. It does not preserve what that robot becomes across ownership, software, maintenance, incidents, and retirement.

We're building the missing layer: one permanent identity, an evidence-backed record that evolves, and a resolver that keeps working after retirement.

The same infrastructure can extend to buildings, properties, connected devices, infrastructure assets, and autonomous systems.

What we hold ourselves to

Principles, not features.

01

One permanent identity per entity

Never reassigned—not after retirement, destruction, merger, or decommissioning.

02

Evidence before assertion strength

Self-declared, observed, verified, and disputed information are never confused.

03

Interoperability over replacement

Existing authoritative identifiers are linked and preserved.

04

Public identity, permissioned data

Nothing becomes public merely because the platform possesses it.

05

Human resolution for contested facts

Disputes, duplicates, and suspected fraud go to people.

06

Persistence is institutional

Durable resolution, governance, correction, and succession planning.
